Registration Forms Follow the links just to your right to the form you are looking for. There are currently 2 forms to fill out for White Knights Club Membership; the Liability Release Form and the actual Club Registration Form. The USFA link will take you to information concerning membership with the United States Fencing Association. While this membership is not required at first, it is recommended after your first couple months of club membership. Without it you may not enter important competitions or take advantage of the many benefits of the association. Please visit their website for further details. Please note, all new members will need to show proof of age (birth certificate or driver's license), and will need to sign the release form and present it to us at your first lesson or class session. The membership form may be printed and submitted to us, or you may simply fill out the entire form online and submit it to us electronically (preferred method).
Class Instruction: Classes are held on-going, however, payments are due on a monthly basis as club membership is annual. Classes are 90 minutes and held once a week, per location. The fee for each monthly session is $25.00. An annual Club Fee of $25.00 is due in January and payable by all new members throughout the year. |
