White Knights Fencing Club
Learn the art of fencing with the White Knights Fencing Club and program. Fencing is a great recreational activity for everyone, combining physical and mental abilities which improve coordination, endurance and health.
At the White Knights Fencing Club you will receive fencing instruction from volunteer coaches for any or all three weapon categories, including foil, sabre and epee. Our members come in all sizes, ages and levels of play. You may wish to learn simply for your own enjoyment, as an intramural sport, or set your sights higher. Whatever your desire, belonging to a club can help you to achieve it.
At the current time we will be maintaining two (2) club classes; one in North Port, FL (location to be determined) and the other in Venice, FL at the Stoneybrook Homes Community Center.
New Club Formation
Beginning on March 1st, 2010 there's a new fencing club in town. However, this club is different. It is neither a business or a non-profit venture. It is a club in the traditional sense of the word. There are no profits to be made, no personal motives and the membership fees are very low. Member involvement is crucial. Every penny received will pay for the cost of having and running a club. No one is on salary. It is strictly volunteer and our volunteers are committed individuals. Regardless of your skill level, we hope you will join us to participate in competitions, to enhance your skills and for the commeraderie a club affords.
